These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which easycuci is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the easycuci customer support team for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority under whose licence easycuci operates.
easycuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
